(Eugene, OR)  Dave and Tara Powers, the husband-wife singing and songwriting duo known as MOUNTAINCITY, were in Grand Junction, Colorado on their way north and west on June 1st, did a date in Eugene, Oregon on the 3rd and today will be in Portland, Oregon.
