Behind the Scenes with MountainCity

(Nashville, TN)  Last week we posted the story of MountainCity’s trip to Nashville for their showcase at Arrington Vineyards.

They enjoyed several surprise media opportunities along the way, including getting to sing for Southwest Airline passengers on their Denver to Nashville flight, meeting a WSMV TV morning show exec on that same flight who invited them to sing on Nashville”s channel 4, Today in Nashville. And the day after the showcase, they were guests on the inimitable Devon O’Day’s Nashville Today radio drive time show on WSM, “The Most Famed Country Music Station In The World” (and home of the Grand Ole Opry).

This week we thought we’d share a few behind-the-scenes images.

“Oh, darling, let’s just go!
Head up to the mountains and we’ll bask in the sun’s glow!”*

“Oh, darling, let’s fall in love!
Stop my heart from breaking, knowing you are the one for me!”*

Dave would like to thank his sponsor, DG Custom Cables

Dave says:

My friend, Dustin Guthrie, owns the Colorado Springs based company, DG Custom Cables. Dustin is a total shredder/entrepreneur!

I am really thankful to be a part of the DG Custom Cables Family of Artists! Dustin’s goal is to make affordable custom cables with a lifetime warranty, and he’s done it.

All of my ¼” cables and XLR cables are made by DG Custom Cables, and I’m STOKED about the clarity of sound that my guitars and mic’s produce because of them! DG Custom Cables are made in the U.S.A. Try them out!”
